BILLING

How do I change my mailing address?
The Athletic Department requires member address changes in writing. You may call the Athletic Department at 213.740.4155 to have the Change of Address form mailed, faxed, or emailed to you.

What is the date my billing starts?
The billing start date is the month you initially joined. For example, if you joined on May 16, 2007, your billing cycle/pledge will renew in May 2008.

What is the difference between my Donor ID# and my account number?
Your donor ID# is an 8 digit number that can be found on the lower right-hand portion of your billing statement. This number is unique for each individual. Please be sure to reference this number for all questions you have regarding your membership. The account number listed on your bill is the same for everyone in that membership group.

(Please note that you also have a USC Ticket Office ID# that appears above your name on all correspondence from the USC Ticket Office. Please use this number for all ticket orders.)

How can I make payments towards my pledge?
There are several options available for making a cash/check/credit card payment to your account. To ensure that your account is credited properly, include your Donor ID# on all correspondence. This number can be found on the lower right side of your billing statement. Payment options include:

  • Return your billing statement in the envelope provided.
  • Call the athletic department at 213.740.4155.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

*NOTE: Please remember that we do not keep your credit card on file.

You may also make a payment with a gift of stock. Please call the athletic department at 213.740.4155 to inquire.

Why does my payment not show up on the billing statement?
If a billing statement seems incorrect, note that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for a payment to be reflected on a billing statement, even though your check or credit card may have cleared. Often times this occurs because money is deposited into a holding account, and then disbursed to the proper donor accounts by USC's Alumni Development and Records Department.

*NOTE: Check the "last payment date" on your account summary. If it does not reflect a recent payment, but your payment cleared your bank, wait until your receive your next bill.

Why do I receive a billing statement if my company is supposed to match my donation?
Billing statements will be sent to you until the matching gift has been received. Be aware of when your company submits your match (quarterly or semi annually). Disregard bills if you know your match is pending.

How do I change my billing start date/payment schedule?
If you would like to change your billing start date, or the frequency of your payments (i.e., annual to quarterly), please contact the Athletic Department at 213-740-4155.

Do I receive gift receipts for my donations to athletic support groups?
Yes, support group memberships are tax deductible. Gift receipts are mailed for each donation you make to USC.

Why do I receive a billing statement for my Trojan Club membership if I made a payment on the season ticket application?
If you make a payment for your Trojan Club membership on the season ticket application, it will take up to 2-3 months to be reflected on your account. These payments must be transferred from the ticket office to the Office of Alumni Development and Records. We recommend that you keep a record of your payment and disregard the initial bills you receive for your pledge.

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT EVENTS

Who do I call to make reservations for pre-game picnics or other special athletic department events?
Most event invitations will have a RSVP card and return envelope. You may make your reservation online, mail in your reservation, or call the athletic department reservation line at 213.740.4164.

To make a reservation online, please go to the "Events" page. Here you will find a list of all events and when you click on the specific event, you will be able to make an online reservation.

Please remember that at most events, reservations are held at the door. You will not receive a call back to confirm your reservation unless there is a problem. If you include your email address, you will receive an email confirmation from the Athletic Department.

Any changes to your reservation or questions about your reservation can be emailed to athrsvp@usc.edu.

FOOTBALL

What is the timeline to purchase football season tickets?
Football season ticket renewal applications and new applications are mailed in February. The deadline to renew your current season tickets is typically April 1.

Is my ticket renewal application supposed to have my seat location and athletic support group membership on the application?
No. The ticket renewal application will only indicate the number of season tickets bought the prior season. All tickets are listed on the renewal form as "General."

How do I purchase individual or away game tickets?
You may purchase individual game tickets and away game tickets by calling the USC Ticket Office at 213.740.GO SC (4672).

How do I purchase football season tickets if I am a current athletic support group member and have no changes to my order?
Please send your renewal application to the USC Ticket Office.

How do I order football season tickets if I am a NEW athletic support group member and have never purchased football season tickets?
At this time we cannot guarantee football season tickets to new members. As a new member you have automatically been placed on the wait list and will receive highest priority. If seats do become available you will be contacted by a member of the Athletic Department.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

*NOTE: Only new athletic support group members need to send the ticket application to the athletic department.

How do I order football season tickets if I am a NEW athletic support group member or if I have UPGRADED my membership, but I have purchased season tickets in the past?
You will automatically receive a football season ticket renewal application in the mail. Fill out the application and send your payment to the athletic department. You may fax it to 213.740.1306 or by mail to USC Athletics, 3501 Watt Way, Heritage Hall 203A, Los Angeles, CA 90089-0602.

*NOTE: Only new or upgraded athletic support group members need to send the ticket application to the athletic department.

How do I change the location of my football season tickets?
Send your "ticket location wish list" to the athletic department with your application. We will do our best to relocate the seats based on years of membership, donor level, availability and keeping with seat priority guidelines.

When should I expect to receive my football season tickets?
Football season tickets are mailed in July.

How do I purchase football post-season tickets?
Post-season ticket applications are typically mailed in November for all possible bowl games. All post-season ticket sales are based on your level of membership, years of membership and the ticket allotment given to USC.

YOUR ATHLETIC SUPPORT GROUP MEMBERSHIP MUST BE CURRENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR SAME/PRIORITY SEATING.

When do I receive my football parking pass? Can I purchase extra parking passes? Can I purchase a RV parking pass?
Football parking passes are mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the first home game. Parking passes are NOT mailed with your season tickets.

We do NOT have extra football parking passes to sell.

RV parking information will be included in your parking information packet.

Lost parking passes will not be replaced.

When do I receive the football media guide?
Football media guides are mailed just before the first home game.

You may purchase additional media guides at the USC bookstore or by calling the sports information office at 213.740.8480.

We will not replace lost or stolen media guides.

BASKETBALL

What is the timeline to purchase basketball season tickets?
Basketball season ticket renewal applications are mailed in September. Men's Basketball season tickets will sell out so if you are looking to purchase new season tickets, please call the Ticket Office at (213)740-4672 before the end of September.

How do I purchase a basketball season parking pass?
We do not sell season parking passes for basketball. If you are a Galen Founder, you will receive a parking pass with your tickets.

What is a Galen Founder? How do I become a Galen Founder?
Galen Founders have priority seating and maintain first right of refusal to all events in the Galen Center. For more information on becoming a Galen Founder please contact the Athletic Department at (213)740-4155.

When do I receive the basketball media guide?
Basketball media guides are mailed just before the first home game.

You may purchase additional media guides at the USC bookstore or by calling the sports information office at 213.740.8480.

We will not replace lost or stolen media guides.

When do I receive my athletic support group membership card?
Membership cards are mailed with your football parking in the summer and are valid from September to May of that school year. If you join between September and April, you will receive your card with your welcome letter.
