At USC: Francesca (Franki) Adamski begins her third season of running cross country for USC... 2011: Ran in the final regular season race of the year at the Titan Invitational on Oct. 21 and posted a PR of 20:51.5. 2010: Competed in one meet for the Trojans as a freshman...Was USC's final official runner at the Titan Invitational on Oct. 22, placing 65th in the scoring with a time of 20:59.6. Also competed on the track team in the Spring, posting a season-best 800m time of 2:22.06 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on April 9. Adamski also had a best 400m time of 61.89 at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 5.
HIGH SCHOOL: Adamski is a 2010 graduate of Troy (MI) High... Was a four-year letter-winner in cross country and track and earned All-State honors five times...Placed fourth as a freshman with a time of 21:00.4 at the OAA Division I Girls JV Cross Country Championships in Rochester, Mich on Oct. 19, 2006...Her team won the OAA White Division cross country title in 2008...Has a PR of 2:15 in the 800m...As a senior helped lead Troy to a third-place finish at the State meet in the 3200m relay with a school-record time of 9:15.24.
