    Two Women of Troy have earned academic accolades on a national scale for the 2012 campaign after helping lead USC to the NCAA final. Junior Chelsea Silvers and sophomore Flora Bolonyai are on the list for 2012 All-Academic Awards from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches thanks to powerful GPAs to go along with their strength in the pool.

    Silvers has earned Superior honors, and Bolonyai ranks as Excellent on the academic honor roll. Silvers holds a 3.46 overall GPA as a communications major, and Bolonyai -- who is on her way to the Olympic Games as a member of the Hungarian team -- has a 3.31. Both also earned honors as MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athletes. This is the third straight appearance for Silvers on the the ACWPC All-Academic list, and Bolonyai now has earned the selection twice in her two years at Troy.
