LOS ANGELES - Katrin Dierolf scored a team-high seven goals Saturday and the No. 3 USC Trojans defeated the No. 7 San Diego State Aztecs, 19-4, in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match at McDonald's Swim Stadium. USC has now won seven straight matches.
The Women of Troy (17-3, 7-2) led 10-2 at halftime and registered eight goals in the third period. Sofia Konoukh, Aniko Pelle and Nina Wengst recorded three goals each.
USC will host UC Irvine tomorrow at noon in MPSF action. Sunday's match will be the final home match of the season for USC.
