1999: Zador hit the biggest shot in USC women's water polo history, scoring the sudden-death game-winner in the 1999 national championship game as a freshman. Her goal from more than 10 meters out beat the shot clock in the fifth overtime period and gave USC its first title. Zador had an impressive freshman season, scoring 17 goals. She scored two goals in a game four times. She scored a total of four goals at the National Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Zador was a two-time All-American first teamer at Peter Johansen High in Modesto and helped the school to the 1996 and 1997 CIF Central Section championship (both teams went undefeated). She also played on a Modesto/Stanislaus club team that won a senior national championship and took second at the 1998 Junior Olympics.

PERSONAL: Christine has competed with the Junior National Team and the National Youth Team. Her father, Ervin, was part of the gold-medal winning Hungarian water polo team at the 1956 Olympics. She is majoring in business at USC. Her birthdate is Nov. 8, 1980.
