THIS SEASON: Morgan Vickers enters her first season at USC as a transfer from UC Irvine.
AT UC IRVINE: Vickers was named Big West Freshman of the Year in 2009... Helped UC Irvine to Big West championships in 2009 and 2010... Recorded 214 saves in freshman and sophomore seasons.
HIGH SCHOOL: Vickers was a 2008 all-CIF second team honoree while at Newport Harbor High in Newport Beach, Calif.... Team won 2008 CIF Division I championship and 2007 and 2008 league titles... Earned all-league second team honors in 2007 and named to OC Register all-county third team in 2008... Played club for Newport Water Polo Foundation, SoCal and Trojan Water Polo... An honor student.
PERSONAL: Vickers is majoring in sociology and hopes to pursue a career in education... Parents are Marci and Steven... Has one brother, J.D.... Father Steven also attended USC...
