    THIS SEASON: Sarah Van Norman enters her final season at USC as a powerful force for the Trojans at two meters.

    2010: Van Norman scored 17 goals as a junior... Scored in 12 different games with five two-goal outings... Also scored in USC's NCAA semifinal win over LMU.

    2009: Van Norman scored 14 goals as a sophomore... Scored in 10 games with three multiple-goal outings, including a hat trick against Cal Lutheran in the NCAA Tournament.

    2008: Van Norman scored 17 goals as a true freshman... Scored in nine games with five multiple-goal efforts... Had a career-high four goals against Michigan in the NCAA Tournament.

    NATIONAL TEAMS: Van Norman was a member of the 2005 Junior National Team.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Van Norman helped lead the Bishop's School to four straight CIF titles... Was the CIF Player of the Year for the San Diego Section in 2006 and 2007... Also named San Diego Union Tribune Player of the Year in 2006 and 2007... Is the all-time leading scorer in San Diego with 507 goals... Was a varsity starter all four years at the Bishop's School... Played club for San Diego Shores.

    PERSONAL: Van Norman is majoring in sociology... Parents are Jim and Marsha... Has two brothers, Josh and Jordan, and one sister, Moriah... All her siblings attended USC... Jordan and Moriah both played water polo at USC... Born Dec. 12, 1988.
