    Stephania Haralabidis & Jovan Vavic Sweep As MPSF Player and Coach of the Year

    Haralabidis is the eighth Trojan to be named MPSF Women’s Player of the Year, leading six All-MPSF honorees from USC.

    This season: Ioanna Haralabidis enters her final season at USC ranked No. 20 all-time in career scoring with 118 goals.

    2016: Haralabidis was the team’s third leading scorer with 35 goals... A Second Team All-American... Named to All-MPSF First Team... Scored in 19 games with nine multiple-goal outings, including three four-goal efforts...  Scored once in the MPSF Championship game and once in the NCAA Semifinals... An MPSF Scholar-Athlete.

    2015: Haralabidis was the team’s third leading scorer with 50 goals as a sophomore... Earned All-American Honorable Mention and named to the All-MPSF Second Team... Set new career high with two five-goal games against CSU Bakersfield... Scored in 20 games with 14 multiple-goal outings... Scored four goals at the MPSF Tournament and twice at the NCAA Tournament.

    2014: Haralabidis was the team’s fifth leading scorer with 33 goals in her freshman season... Scored in 20 games with eight multiple-goal outings, including a career-high four goals scored vs. Fresno Pacific... First career goal as a Trojan was in the season opener vs. Sonoma State... Scored four goals at the MPSF Tournament and twice at the NCAA Tournament. 

    National TeamS: Haralabidis has competed on both the Junior and Senior National Teams for Greece… Competed at the 2015 FINA Junior World Championships... Won a bronze medal with Greece at the 2012 FINA World Championships in China... Won gold at the 2012 Junior European Championships in Australia… Also won gold at the 2011 Junior European Championships in Spain.

    High School: Haralabidis attended Corona Del Mar High in Newport Beach for her senior year… Member of the CIF Championship team in 2013… Played club for Tritonas Amarousiou in Greece and for Corona del Mar and Socal in California.

    Personal: Haralabidis is majoring in communication and minoring in marketing… Parents are Janet Scott and Babis Haralabidis… Has two sisters, her twin, Stephania, and older sister, Anastasia… Stephania also is on the USC women’s water polo team… Favorite foods are traditional Greek foods… Has always wanted to travel around the world, meet new people and see different cultures… Enjoys drawing and reading… Born May 19, 1995.
