    HIGH SCHOOL: Fletcher played water polo and swam all four years at Agoura High in Agoura Hills, Calif.... Was named league MVP as a senior and co-MVP as a sophomore and junior... Named to county all-star team all four year and was county MVP as a junior and senior... First team all-CIF in 20010 and second team in 2009... As a junior, set school record with 120 drawn ejections... Played club for Los Angeles Water Polo and Ventura County Premier...Member of Coastal Zone ODP team... An honor student.

    PERSONAL: Fletcher is majoring in kinesiology and hopes to pursue a career in physical therapy or medicine... Parents are John and JoAnn... Has two sisters, Shea and Haley, who both attended USC... Father John was a member of the U.S. national rowing team...
