    THIS SEASON: Kristen Dronberger enters her final season at USC as a staunch defender with a powerful presence at two meters.

    2010: Dronberger scored 33 goals as a junior... Scored in 10 different games with 10 multiple-goal outings... Set a new career high with five goals scored vs. Cal State Northridge... Scored seven goals for USC at the NCAA Tournament, including a pair in USC's 10-9 championship win over Stanford... Named a Second Team All-American and to the NCAA All-Tournament First Team.

    2009: Dronberger scored 32 goals as a sophomore... Scored in 20 different games, including eight multiple-goal outings... Set a new career high with four goals against UC San Diego... Had two key goals against Stanford in USC's 6-5 win during the MPSF Championship game... Also struck twice with big goals in USC's MPSF 11-10 regular-season win over UCLA... Earned All-American Honorable Mention.

    2008: Dronberger scored 18 goals as a true freshman... Scored in 14 games with three multiple-goal efforts... Had a career-high three goals against Michigan... Named to MPSF All-Freshman Team.

    NATIONAL TEAMS: Dronberger is member of the U.S. National Team... Was a member of the U.S. Youth National Team.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Dronberger attended Rio Americano High in Sacramento, Calif... Was named to the Sacramento Bee All-Metro first team her sophomore, junior and senior seasons... Received four letters in both water polo and swimming... Playedclub for American River Water Polo Club, which won the under-18 Commerce Cup in 2005 and placed fifth at the 2006 Junior Olympics.

    PERSONAL: Dronberger is majoring in communications... Parents are Bob and Judy... Has one sister, Katie... Cousin Heather Valiero attended and swam for USC... Aunt also attended USC... Lists avocados, bananas, green beans and toast as her favorite foods... Born June, 6, 1989.
