    USC's Anae, Craig and Vavic Named to USA's FINA Super Final Roster

    Trojans unite for Team USA and a trip to China, with more Women of Troy in action this weekend in Los Alamitos.

    A three-time first-team All-American and 2010 NCAA Champion at USC, Anae is a 2012 Olympian. Anae got the call-up to the U.S. National Team after graduating from USC in 2010 and helped Team USA win 2011 and 2012 FINA World League Super Final championships as well as earn Olympic qualification at the 2011 Pan American Games. She is USC's all-time leader in career saves and single-season saves, and is one of only two goalies to be have been named MPSF Player of the Year.

    2010: In her final season at USC Anae earned her third straight selection as a First Team All-American... With 270 saves (most single-season saves in USC history) and 140 goals allowed, Anae was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team... Became the second goalie to be named MPSF Player of the Year... Finished as USC's all-time career saves leader with 714.

    2009: Anae helped anchor USC as the top defensive team in the MPSF, registering 10.2 saves per game and allowing just 4.9 goals per game... Totaled 123 saves in 12 appearances after starting the season sidelined by injury... Amassed the highest single-game saves total on record at USC with 20 saves against Arizona State... Had eight games with double-digit saves... Named MPSF Player of the Week three times during the season, went on to earn a spot as a First Team All-American and to the All-MPSF First Team... Also selected to the NCAA All-Tournament First Team and the MPSF All-Tournament Team.

    2008: Anae had 232 saves in 26 games as a sophomore, averaging 8.9 saves per game... Allowed 120 goals to average 4.6 goals-against per game, leading the MPSF... Had a career-high 14 saves against UCLA in the MPSF Championship game... Had 13 saves against UCLA on Feb. 10 and against Stanford on April 5... Named a First Team All-American and to NCAA All-Tournament Team and All-MPSF First Team... Named MPSF Player of the Week on March 3.

    2007: Anae capped up for 14 games as a true freshman, tallying 89 saves and allowing 67 goals... Averaged 5.2 saves and 3.9 goals against per game...Set a career high with 11 saves in USC's 12-7 win over California on Apr. 13, and had 10 saves in the NCAA Third Place victory San Diego State on May 13.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Anae was named the CIF Division II Co-Player of the Year as a senior at Corona del Mar High...Was also named to the All-Orange County and Pacific Coast League first teams... Named league Goalkeeper of the Year... Team won the CIF titles in 2005 and 2006... Also swam for CDM's 2004 and 2006 CIF title-winning teams... Playing club with SoCal, won the 18-under Junior Olympics in 2006.
