    LOS ANGELES -- Sophomore libero Natalie Hagglund (Encinitas/La Costa Canyon HS) has been selected to the United States Junior National Team which will represent the U.S. at the FIVB Women's Junior World Championship (U-20) in Peru (July 20-31).

    This is Hagglund's first appearance with the Junior National Team. She was the starting libero for USC last season as a freshman, recording 497 digs (3.98 dps) as the Women of Troy reached their sixth NCAA Final Four in 11 years. Hagglund ranked seventh in the Pac-10 Conference for digs per set and had 25 matches with double-digit digs. Her season best was a 28-dig effort against Arizona State.
