    MATCH NOTES

    • USC improved 55-12 in all-time meetings with California and has won nine of the last 10 including two straight. 
    • The Women of Troy won their third straight match; the team's third three-win (or more) streak this season. 
    • The Trojans have won six of their last seven matches. 
    • USC earned its second 3-0 sweep in Pac-12 matches this season. 
    • The Trojans held Cal to a .109 hitting percentage (32k, 22e, 92att), the third-lowest attack rate by an opponent this season (Kentucky, .067; Oklahoma, .096). 
    • Senior libero Taylor Whittingham had 11 digs to push her career total to 1,538. In the process, she moved into fourth place in USC career history ahead of Nancy Hillman (1985-88; 1,536 digs). 
    • Whittingham had her 16th match this season in double digits for digs.
