    Brittany Abercrombie is a junior opposite hitter for the Women of Troy.

    As a sophomore, Abercrombie was chosen to the Pac-12 All-Conference Team and was awarded AVCA Pacific South All-Region honorable mention… appeared in 35 matches, with 22 starts, and 127 sets… finished with 300 kills (2.36 kps, third on team), 80 blocks (0.63 bps), and 105 digs (0.83 dps)… logged 350.0 points (2.76 pps, fourth on team)… chosen to the Women of Troy Baden Invitational All-Tournament Team… posted new career highs with 16 kills and a .500 hitting percentage (16-2-28) at Washington State (Nov. 1); and 35 attacks at Colorado (Oct. 9)… recorded her first-career double-double with 10 kills and 11 digs in the NCAA San Diego Regional Final against Kansas (Dec. 12)… toured China with the U.S. Collegiate National Team prior to the beginning of the season.

    As a freshman, Abercrombie appeared in 15 matches and played in 31 sets… finished with 56 kills (1.81 kps), and a .219 hitting percentage… registered six service aces and 17 blocks for a total of 71.0 points (2.29 pps)… named to the Commonwealth Classic All-Tournament Team… logged a career high 13 kills and 16.5 points at Pacific (Aug. 30)… had 12 kills (1e, 25att) and hit .440 against Northern Iowa (Sept. 6)… served a career-best three aces against Texas A&M (Sept. 11).
