    Director of Operations

    Nikki Allen begins her fifth season as director of operations for the women's volleyball program.

    Her duties include overseeing the program's budget, organizing team travel, arranging recruiting visits, overseeing Mick Haley's annual volleyball camp and general office duties.

    Originally from Flint, Michigan, Allen was a 1998 second team All-American at Mott Junior College in Flint as a middle blocker/outside hitter. She redshirted at Michigan State in 1999 before transferring to Ball State (2000-03). In her 2003 senior season, she received All-Mid American Conference honorable mention recognition.

    Allen graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ball State in 2003 and a master's degree in education from USC in 2006.
