    Women's Volleyball Sweeps Washington

    SEATTLE, WA -- The USC women's volleyball team defeated Washington Friday night (Nov. 8), 15-12, 15-12, 15-8, in front of 2343 at Hec Edmundsen Pavilion.

    USC improved to 16-5 overall, 10-3 in the Pacific-10 Conference. Washington fell to 20-5, 10-4.

    USC's Jasmina Marinkovic and Jennifer Kessy had 18 kills apiece as Vesna Dragicevic added 17. Sophomore setter Janice Mounts had 51 assists.

    Washington was led by Angela Bransom's match-high 22 kills.

    USC next travels to Pullman, WA to face the Washington State on Sat. (Nov. 9).
