Trojans Come Back From 1-2 Deficit To Win 3-2 Over ASU
Led by Vesna Dragicevic's 21 kills, the USC women's volleyball team came
back from trailing 1-2 to defeat Arizona State 12-15, 15-8, 11-15, 15-7,
15-10 in Tempe Friday night.
In a hard-fought match, USC hit at only a .180 clip, still more than
twice as efficient as ASU's .079 percentage. Terri Cox led the Sun
Devils with 18 kills.
With the win, USC moves to 8-4 (2-2) on the year, while ASU drops to 7-4
(2-2). The Women of Troy continue their road swing against Arizona in
Tucson Sunday at 1 p.m.
