Women Of Troy Overcome 0-2 Deficit To Defeat UC Santa Barbara

    LOS ANGELES -- The USC women's volleyball team bounced back from an 0-2 deficit early to win its last three games and defeat UC Santa Barbara 13-15, 11-15, 16-14, 15-12, 15-10.

    USC moved up to 5-1, while UCSB dropped to 7-2.

    USC was led by Vesna Dragicevic's 23 kills, while Janice Mounts added a whopping 73 assists. UCSB's Roberta Gehlke led all players with 28 kills.

    USC next takes on the Pepperdine Waves in Malibu Sept. 18 at 7 p.m.
