The USC men's and women's tennis teams are loading up the draws at this year's ITA National Indoor Championships, with four Trojan men and six Women of Troy lined up for individual action in New York from Nov. 7-10. Two-time defending doubles champs Kaitlyn Christian and Sabrina Santamaria lead a pack of four USC doubles duos in the mix, while USC has three player locked in for singles play.

Sabrina Santamaria will do double duty, standing tall as half of USC's No. 2 seeded doubles pair with partner in crime Christian. Santamaria will also compete in singles competition as the No. 4 seed in that draw. She enters the tournament ranked No. 1 in the nation in singles and in doubles with Christian as they aim to win their third consecutive ITA National Indoor Championship.

The USC women have swamped the doubles draw with three teams. Christian/Santamaria lead the way, but the Women of Troy will also be well represented by No. 19 ranked Brynn Boren and Zoë Katz, along with No. 54 ranked Giuliana Olmos and Zoë Scandalis. Boren/Katz are fresh off a trip to the ITA Southwest Regional doubles final, while Olmos/Scandalis had a solid run to the title match at the ITA/Riviera All-American. Christian/Santamaria, however, are the reigning NCAA and ITA National Indoor champs, making them a big target this week in New York.

On the men's side, the Trojans have two slotted for singles action. No. 8 ranked Ray Sarmiento is joined by No. 18 Yannick Hanfmann for singles play in the men's draw. Sarmiento reached the quarterfinals last season, while Hanfmann did battle in the doubles draw with teammate Eric Johnson. This year, Hanfmann is on a solo mission with his singles slot, and Johnson teams up with sophomore Max de Vroome for action in the doubles draw. De Vroome and Johnson paired up to great success at last month's ITA Southwest Regionals, winning the doubles crown.

The last Trojans to win singles titles at the ITA National Indoor Championships were Maria Sanchez on the women's side in 2010 and Steve Johnson on the men's side in 2009.
