    USC vs. UCLA Women's Tennis Play Suspended

    The No. 10 USC women's tennis team's Wednesday (Mar. 4) match against cross-town rival #11 UCLA was suspended during singles play due to rain at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.

    The teams will look to resume play and finish up the match tomorrow, Thursday (Mar. 5) at 1 p.m. at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.

    In doubles from the No. 2 spot USC's Fansler/Kinstler fell to Seguso/Wetmore 8-2. The Women of Troy came back from the No. 3 spot with a win by Ramos/Sanchez over Joelson/Pantic 8-2. It came down to the No. 1 spot of #12 Fink/Niculescu to get the doubles point, but in a close tiebreaker, UCLA's #5 Remynse/Schnack won 9-8(3). USC dropped the doubles point and UCLA took a 1-0 lead into singles play, which was suspended due to the rain.
