    THIS SEASON: Zoë Scandalis enters her final season at USC.

    2013-14 SEASON: Scandalis finished her junior season ranked No. 20 in the nation in ITA singles and No. 60 in doubles with Giuliana Olmos... An ITA All-American in singles... Reached the Pac-12 Tournament singles final... Named to All-Pac-12 First Team... Named to the Capital One Academic All-District Team and an ITA Scholar-Athlete... Also selected to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team... Reached the NCAA Singles Round of 32 and competed in the NCAA Doubles Round of 32 with Olmos... Was a three-time Pac-12 Player of the Week winner... Reached the Pac-12 Invitational doubles final with Brynn Boren... Won the Freeman Memorial Doubles Championship with Olmos... Went 23-11 overall in singles, going 14-5 in dual matches... Played primarily at the No. 1 position, going 7-4 there... Also played at No. 2 (1-0) and No. 3 (6-1)... In doubles, went 33-13 overall with a 12-7 mark in dual matches... Went 22-8 overall with Olmos, going 5-4 in dual matches...     In the fall, fought through qualifying rounds to reach the doubles finals of the ITA/Riviera All-American with Olmos... Also reached the final of the ITA Southwest Regional with Boren... Also paired with Christian to reach the quarterfinals of the ITA National Indoors... Entered the preseason ranked No. 17 in the nation in ITA singles and No. 54 in doubles with teammate Olmos... Entered the 2014 spring season ranked No. 7 in doubles with Olmos.

    2012-13 SEASON: Scandalis finished her sophomore season ranked No. 24 in the nation in ITA singles and No. 49 in doubles with teammate Gabriella DeSimone... Named to All-Pac-12 Second Team and to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team... Named Pac-12 Player of the Week on March 19... Reached the doubles final of the National Collegiate Tennis Classic with DeSimone... Went 21-9 overall in singles, going 16-2 in dual matches... Played primarily at the No. 3 position, going 10-2... Also played at No. 1 (2-0) and No. 2 (4-0)... Reached the NCAA Singles Round of 32... Won all three singles matches in the NCAA Team Tournament... In doubles, went 22-13 overall, going 11-6 in dual matches... Went 17-11 overall with DeSimone, going 7-5 in dual matches (6-4 at No. 2, 1-1 at No. 1)... Also paired with Giuliana Olmos (4-2, 3-1) and Ellie Yates (1-0, 1-0)... Entered the 2013 spring season ranked No. 19 in the nation in singles and No. 13 in doubles with DeSimone...     2011-12 SEASON: Scandalis finished her freshman season ranked No. 11 in the nation in ITA singles and No. 53 in doubles with partner Valeria Pulido... Named the ITA National Player to Watch... Also an ITA All-American in singles and named to USTA Collegiate Team... Named to All-Pac-12 First Team and was Pac-12 Player of the Week on Jan. 23... Also beat Stanford's Mallory Burdette to win the Freeman Memorial Singles Championship... Went 36-14 overall in singles, going 14-9 in dual matches, all at the No. 1 position... In doubles, was 22-13 overall and 17-9 in dual matches... Was 19-11 overall with Pulido, going 17-8 in dual matches with a 9-2 record at No. 3, 7-7 at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 1... Also was 2-1 with Gabriella DeSimone and 1-1 with Alison Ramos... Entered the spring ranked No. 19 in the nation in singles... In the fall, reached the ITA Regional Singles final, falling to teammate Sabrina Santamaria... Started her USC career with seven straight singles wins to work through ITA/Riviera prequalifying and into the Round of 16... Beat both the No. 147 and No. 210 ranked WTA players in tournaments over the summer.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Scandalis won a league title and reached the CIF section singles final as a freshman at San Pasqual High in Escondido, Calif.... Was named to the 2007 North County Times First Team... Played just one season at San Pasqual... Posted an 18-3 record at the junior level in 2010... Reached final of the 2010 ITF Claremont... Won 2010 Pilot Pen championship... Was the 2010 Hard Court National Open champion in both singles and doubles... An honor student.

    PERSONAL: Zoë Gwen Scandalis was born Sept. 21, 1993... Daughter of Aneesa Baker and Will Scandalis and stepfather Dewain Baker... Has one brother, Eli... Her father Will was a professional triathlete... Mother Aneesa played lacrosse and rugby at Johns Hopkins... Cousin Sania Mirza was the first Indian woman to be seeded in a Grand Slam event, the first Indian to break the WTA top 30 rankings and won the 2009 mixed doubles championship at the Australian Open... Enjoys singing, dancing and going to the beach in her free time... Lists Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Serena Williams as her biggest sports heroes... Would like to travel to Spain... Majoring in political economy, but hopes to pursue a career in sports management and marketing after playing professional tennis after graduation.
