    Trojans Lose to Sun Devils

    LOS ANGELES -- The University of Southern California women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Arizona State at Marks Tennis Stadium Friday.

    No. 11 ASU swept the three doubles points and won four-of-six singles points to earn their seventh victory overall.

    No. 24 USC was able to get a point at the No. 2 singles slot, as Karolina Baklarova defeated ASU's Stephanie Lansdorp 6-4, 5-7, 6-1.

    The Trojans (4-7 overall, 0-3 Pac-10) only other point came at No. 5 singles, where Veronika Safarova defeated Anna Moll, 6-0, 6-1.
