Haley Ishimatsu Named AAU Sullivan Award Semifinalist|

Senior Haley Ishimatsu, a two-time NCAA champion and four-time Pac-12 winner, has been named one of 14 semifinalists for the 2014 AAU Sullivan Award.
The six finalists for the award will be determined by online voting. To vote, please click HERE. Voting begins today and concludes March 15. Voters can vote once per day.
The 14 semifinalists include Ishimatsu, Simone Biles, Shawn Barber, Meryl Davis & Charlie White, Ezekiel Elliott, Adeline Gray, Erin Hamlin, Micha Hancock, Katie Ledecky, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, Marcus Mariota, Jahlil Okafor, Ollie Schniederjans and Maggie Steffens.
Ishimatsu is coming off her third straight conference title on platform while being named the 2015 Pac-12 Women's Swimming and Diving Scholar Athlete of the Year.
She was the 2014 Pac-12 Women's Diver of the Year and became the first NCAA woman to repeat as an NCAA platform champion since 1992-93 when she won the event at the 2014 NCAA Championships with 360.15 points. She also earned her first All-American honor on 1-meter with a sixth-place finish (314.65) and scored for the first time on 3-meter with a 13th-place finish (347.60).
Her NCAA success followed springboard wins at the 2014 NCAA Zone E Championships and titles on 3-meter (347.25) and platform (340.20) at the 2014 Pac-12 Championships. Her Pac-12 platform title was her second straight conference crown on the board and she set a Pac-12 record in the process. She was third on 1-meter (320.70).
She earned Pac-12 All-Academic first team honors with a 3.61 GPA in sociology. She was also named to CoSIDA's 2014 Capital One Academic All-District 8 at-large team.
