    USC Signs Banner Classes

    Swimming and diving signings among top in the nation.

    THIS SEASON: Brianna Weinstein, a 2013 freshman, is an up-and-coming breaststroker and medley swimmer who will lend depth in both events as begins her Trojan career ... At the 2012 U.S. Winter Nationals, she was 38th in the 200y breast (2:18.20) and 43rd in the 200y IM (2:04.31).

    HIGH SCHOOL: Weinstein, who attended Irvine (Calif.) High, earned All-Orange County honors as a 2011 junior and competed in the 400m IM and the 200m breast at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials ... She was a 2011 Junior Nationals `B' finalist in the 200m breast and at the 2011 CIF Southern Section Championships, she was third in the 100m breast and fourth in the 200y IM. She represented the U.S. at the 2009 Maccabiah Games in Israel, winning silver in the juniors 200m breast.
