2007: Hartwell, as a 2007 junior, took 35th in the 100y fly (58.53) and 49th in the 200y free (1:53.84) at the 2007 Pac-10 Championships ... Her 57.51 against UCLA in the 100y fly and her 2:04.78 in the 200y fly were both personal bests.

2006: Hartwell competed in three races at the 2006 Pac-10 Championships as a sophomore, posting a career-best 22nd in the 200y fly (2:05.57). She was also 33rd in the 500y free (5:01.75) and 36th in the 200y free (1:53.14).

2005: Hartwell raced in two events at the 2005 Pac-10 Championships, taking 35th in the 200y free (1:54.03) and 37th in the 500y free (5:02.11).
