THIS SEASON: 2006 senior diver Lindsay Draper has been a solid contributor during her three-year Trojan career and looks to be among the top performers in the Pac-10. She is still has her sights set at making the NCAA Championships for the first time. 2005: Draper was 17th on 1-meter (208.40) and 18th on 3-meter (375.20) at the 2005 Pac-10 Championships as a junior. 2004: Draper competed on all three specialties as a 2004 sophomore, but did not compete at the Pac-10s ... Earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors. 2003: As a 2003 freshman, Draper competed in three events at the Pac-10 Championships. She was 12th on platform (330.95), 19th on 1-meter (215.40) and 20th on 3-meter (380.85) ... Qualified for the U.S. Diving Nationals for the first time on 10-meter platform and finished 17th. HIGH SCHOOL: Draper prepped at Woodinville (Wash.) High, where she was a three-time letter winner in three sports ... As a diver, she was second in the state in 1-meter in 2001. She competed in the pole vault for three years, highlighted by a second-place finish in the state in 2000 ... She also competed in gymnastics for three years. PERSONAL: She was born on May 23, 1984, in Rota, Spain ... She was a three-year member of the National Honor Society ... She majors in psychology. |
