THIS SEASON: Katie Case is a 2002 sophomore diver who will look to add scoring punch for the USC diving corps at the Pac-10 level.
2001: Case competed in three events at the 2001 Pac-10 Championships, taking 19th in the platform (304.00), 22nd in the 1-meter (195.55) and 25th in the 3-meter (301.55).
HIGH SCHOOL: Case prepped at Sunset High in Beaverton, Ore., where she was a prep All-American as a sophomore in 1998 ... Case was a three-time Oregon state champion as a freshman, sophomore and junior (1997-99) and was a district champion each year in high school (1996-1999) ... She was a senior national qualifier in 1999 and was a junior national qualifier each year in high school ... She also made the honor roll three times.
PERSONAL: Her birthday is Aug. 18, 1982 ... She is majoring in fine arts and hopes to have a career in advertising.
