    2005: Brecht competed in three events at the Pac-10 Championships as a 2005 freshman, taking 39th in the 100y free (54.11), 42nd in the 200y free (1:56.55) and 49th in the 50y free (25.32).

    HIGH SCHOOL: Brecht prepped at Montgomery High in Santa Rosa, Calif., where she was a captain as a junior.
