    Dorte Lindner Captures USC Diving Invitational

    LOS ANGELES -- The USC men's and women's diving team hosted the USC Diving Invitational today, with Dorte Lindner capturing the one meter competition. Lindner finshed the competition with a score of 148.85, six points ahead of Megan Gardner of Stanford.

    In the women's platform competition, Gardner captured the meet with a score of 349.30 followed by teammate Gaelyn Felix (325.95). The highest finishing Trojan diver was Georgina Crawford, who finished seventh with a score of 267.85.

    On the men's side, Nate Smith of the Trojan Dive Club won the platform and three meter competition. Smith won the platform with a score of 460.80 ahead of Toby Reclusado (416.20) and Tannon Brown (294.90), both from Cal-Santa Barbara. In the three meter competition, Smith (533.10) finished ahead of Reclusado (458.65) and Nate Cook (455.00) of BYU. Tim Allport was the highest finishing Trojan, finishing in fourth place with a score of 425.50.
