In its only action of the week, the No. 4-ranked USC women's sand volleyball team (9-4) will face a pair of teams it hosted in the past two weeks when it travels to Zuma Beach on Saturday (April 6) for dual matches against top-ranked host and defending national champion Pepperdine (10-0) at 10 a.m. and then against No. 5 Hawaii (3-3) at 11 a.m. The Waves and Rainbow Wahines will face off at noon. The format for the team duals consists of 5 matches between pairs, with each match being rally scoring best-of-3 sets. Then, at 1 p.m., each of USC's top 5 pairs teams will play a crossover match against a Pepperdine or Hawaii duo not from the same flight.
