    Martin was a four-year letterwinner as an outside hitter at Canyon HS in Anaheim, Calif.... was 2012 All-CIF Division 1A as a senior... earned first-team All-League both her junior and senior year... named team MVP junior and senior year... played on USAV Beach U19 team for two years where she was on the second travel team in 2012... earned fifth place in the 2013 high performance championships, and third place in the 2012 AAU Nationals... finished ninth at the 2012 Chula Vista USA Volleyball IDQ... earned a fourth-place finish at the 2012 U18 Junior Olympics... played club for Golden West VBC for two years and Tustin Volleyball Club for one year.

    Nicolette Hunter Martin was born on March 2, 1995, in Mission Viejo, Calif.... parents are Clarissa and Todd Martin... has one brother, Jacob... lists Misty May-Treanor as her biggest sports heroine... had her artwork displayed at the 2014 "Artletics" on-campus exhibit that featured the works of USC student-athletes... aspires to work for Disney Animation... majoring in fine arts.
