Playing in her final game as a Trojan, senior Samantha Johnson provided a huge goal for USC in its rivalry battle with No. 2 ranked UCLA and in doing so has netted herself her first career selection as Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week.

Johnson's 15th career goal - the 10th most by a Trojan in program history - gave the Trojans a 2-1 lead over the Bruins in the 81st minute of play to charge up USC for a comeback win. UCLA would equalize late in regulation, but USC came through with the upset, getting the golden goal from Jordan Marada just three seconds before the close of the first overtime to shock the highly ranked Bruins. Johnson finished the season with a team-high five goals to put her career total at 15 as USC wraps up its 2012 season.

Johnson is the first Trojan to win the Pac-12 weekly honor since Karter Haug won the award in October 2010.
