2006 JUNIOR SEASON
Simonton secured her place in the USC record books by adding 11 more shutouts to her career list, now ranking No. 1 all-time with 25 non-shared career shutouts... Was the goalie of record for 20 games with 21 starts and 1905 minutes played... Ranked No. 1 in the Pac-10 for total shutouts (11), No. 2 in goals-against average (0.62) and No. 8 in saves (54)... With only 13 goals against, helped USC set a new program record for season goals allowed... Had a season-high six saves twice, first at Notre Dame on Sept. 1 and then in the NCAA First Round shutout over Santa Clara on Nov. 10.
2005 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Simonton moved one shutout short of setting the USC career shutouts record after posting a new Trojan season-best of 11 shutouts... Was the goalkeeper of record in all 21 games with 21 starts for a 13-6-2 record on the year -- the most single-season wins by a USC goalie... Her 74 saves ranked her No. 6 in the Pac-10, and her 0.92 goals-against average ranked her No. 4 in the Pac-10... Simonton's 20 goals allowed ties the fewest season goals allowed in USC history... Posted a career-high 11 saves in USC's double overtime 3-2 loss to UCLA on Oct. 7
2004 REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON
Simonton put up a 0.81 goals-against average in 2004 to rank No. 4 in the Pac-10... Her 2004 save percentage of .784 is No. 6 in the conference... Notched 29 total saves in 10 games played... Posted a 6-2-1 record in goal... Registered three shutouts, first against San Diego (Sept. 19), and then in back-to-back Pac-10 games: Oregon (Oct. 8) and Oregon State (Oct. 10)... Had allowed just four goals all season and did not take a loss until the last two games of the 2004, allowing two goals each against Washington and Washington State.
Simonton redshirted in her 2003 freshman season.
Selected to participate in the U.S. Under-21 National Team Camp in March 2006.
Simonton earned Sierra League Most Valuable Player honors in her senior season at Ayala High... Received first team honors as a senior and was named Inland Valley Player of the Year by the Los Angeles Times... Earned second team honors in her junior season... Participated on the track team in the high jump... Played for the CRSC Infinity club soccer team and was a member of the 2002 and 2003 Nomads Showcase championship teams.
Simonton is majoring in psychology with plans to become an occupational therapist... Parents are Brad and Kathleen... Lists Michael Jordan as her biggest sports hero... Her grandfather, Glenn, is a USC graduate... Lists `Brown Sugar' as her favorite movie and `The Cosby Show' and `Family Matters' as her favorite TV shows... Birthdate is April 22, 1985.
