THIS SEASON
Shannon Lacy enters her second season at USC as a capable addition to the Trojan midfield with an ability to transition to the front lines for USC.
2007:
Lacy appeared in nine games and started one as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Won four league titles at Monte Vista High in Danville, Calif... Team was North Coast Section champion in 2005... Earned all-league honors in 2005 and 2006;;; Named to ANSCAA/adidas all-region team in 2006... Student of Excellence in 2006... An honor student... Sophomore class president... Played club for Mustang Blast, winning Cal-North State Cup six times and Far West Region champs twice... Won 2004 USYS National title... Also member of Cal-North ODP team.
PERSONAL:
Has not decided on a major but would like to pursue a medical degree... Parents are Steve and Christine... Has two brothers, Ryan and Stephen, who was a member of the USC men's water polo team... Lists Jim Braddock as her biggest sports hero... Birthdate is Aug. 11, 1988.
