Autumn Altamirano enters her sophomore season at USC as an impact player and proven goal-scorer for the Women of Troy.
2010
Altamirano appeared in all 22 games and started five as a freshman... Was second on the team with five goals, also adding two assists to rank third on the team with 12 points in the season... Had two game-winning goals, first in overtime at Gonzaga and another in the 86th minute vs. UCLA... Her first career goal was vs. Oklahoma, when she also assisted on the game-winner.
HIGH SCHOOL
Altamirano earned All-CIF First Team honors as a senior at Arnold O. Beckman High in Irvine, Calif.... A three-time all-league first-teamer, earned all-country second team honors as a senior... Team reached 2010 CIF section and regional finals... Named to ESPN RISE Winter All-America Team for California as a senior... Named U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete and earned Spirit of Victory and CIF Pursuing Victory with Honor awards in 2010... Selected to all-league second team as a freshman and a finalist for Rookie of the Year... Played club for Arsenal and CRSC Infinity... Also selected for 1992 ODP pool... An honor student and scholar athlete.

Altamirano is majoring in psychology and would like to pursue a career as a criminal profiler with the FBI... Parents are Gene and Yolunda... Her father played basketball at UC RIverside and overseas... Her aunt and uncle also attended USC...
