    The Women of Troy opened 2015 by putting four boats into grand finals on the first day of the San Diego Crew Classic

    2014-15
    Sara Bilimoria enters her junior season as a starboard rower for the Women of Troy.

    2013-14
    As a sophomore, Bilimoria raced primarily with the varsity four. She helped the boat garner head-to-head wins over Louisville and Clemson in the Pac-12 Challenge and then sat in the bow seat of the varsity four to win the Karen Plumleigh Cortney Cup at the San Diego Crew Classic. From the three seat, her boat defeated UCLA in the annual head-to-head dual. She moved to the second varsity eight and rowed from the seventh seat as her boat took sixth place in the petite final of the NCAA championships.

    2012-13
    As a freshman, Bilimoria rowed in USC’s novice eight and participated in the San Diego Crew Classic, Lake Natoma Invitational, the USC-UCLA dual, and the Pac-12 Championships.

    Bilimoria played soccer for four years at Glenbrook South HS in Glenview, Ill.

    PERSONAL
    Sara Bilimoria is majoring in global health… travels with her father (who is a surgeon) to Bolivia to help perform surgeries on cancer patients who cannot afford full-cost treatments… published a book entitled “Doctorita” about her experiences as a surgeon’s assistant… spearheaded the “Meters for Melanoma” initiative to raise money for melanoma research through the Skin of Steel organization.
