    McMahon is a senior attacker for the Women of Troy.

    As a junior, McMahon played in all 21 games and started 20 times… scored 20 goals and had five assists for 28 points… had 18 ground balls, 10 caused turnovers, and seven draw controls… shot 5-for-7 from free position and had the second most free-position goals on the team… had a .757 shots-on-goal percentage… scored multiple goals in five games and had a career-high four points (2g, 2a) against Oregon (March 27).

    As a sophomore, McMahon appeared in all 20 games and made 16 starts… scored seven goals and had five assists for 12 points… finished with 20 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers… had three games with two goals each in the MPSF and NCAA tournament… scored a season-high three points (2g, 1a) in the MPSF championship game against Stanford (May 3)… picked up a season- and career-high five ground balls in two games (vs. Liberty, March 9; vs. San Diego State, April 25)… was 2-for-5 on free-position shots and had a .800 shots-on-goal percentage.

    As a freshman, McMahon made 14 starts and appeared in all 18 of USC’s games… scored nine goals and recorded three assists for 12 points… finished the season with 16 ground balls, 10 caused turnovers, and four draw controls… scored three goals in a 20-15 win over California (April 6).

    McMahon was a four-year letterwinner at Immaculate Heart Academy… named First Team All-County her junior year and three-time First Team All-North Jersey (2011-13)… Under Armour Underclassman as a junior… National Team North New Jersey as a sophomore… led her team to its first-ever New Jersey Group 4 Finals appearance… holds records for every offensive category at her high school… played club lacrosse with STEPS for five years.

    Gabrielle Acosta McMahon was born on July 6, 1995, in New York, N.Y.… parents are Paul and Karen McMahon… both father and mother played lacrosse at the College of William and Mary… has four sisters: Isabel, Daniella, Michaela, and Sophia… majoring in sociology.
