Oct. 16, 2016
Severe rain storms forced the cancellation of the Stanford Intercollegiate third round Sunday (Oct. 16) at the Stanford G.C. after a handful of holes, wiping out early scores as Saturday's results after 36 holes become final with the USC women's golf team tying for fourth.
The Trojans, who played the event without three seniors starters, finished Saturday's action at a combined 22-over 590 (292-288). UCLA wins at 4-over 572.
Senior Victoria Morgan officially ties for fifth at 1-over 143 (73-70) while sophomore Robynn Ree ties for eighth at 2-over 144 (70-74). Freshman Allisen Corpuz ties for 38th at 9-over 151 (74-77) while senior Elizabeth Doty ties for 45th at 10-over 152 (75-77).
The USC women finish the fall season at the Pac-12 Preview on Oct. 24-25 at the Nanea G.C. in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. The Trojans will play with three individuals: Ree, Corpuz and Doty.
