    Tempe, Ariz. - Four Women of Troy golfers placed in the top 20 as the No. 3 USC women's golf team finished fourth at the Ping/ASU Invitational held at Karsten Golf course this past weekend.

    USC shot a 54-hole total of 879 to finish three strokes behind tourney champion California (876). Texas was second (877), UCLA was third (878) and Arizona was fifth (886).

    Senior All-American Mikaela Parmlid led the Women of Troy for the third-straight outing, shooting 218 (+2) to finish tied for sixth. She was nine strokes behind champion Charlotte Mayokas of UCLA (209).

    Three other USC golfers also finished in the top 20. Freshman Tanya Dergal tied for 15th (221), senior Becky Lucidi was 18th (222) and junior Anna Rawson tied for 19th (224).

    Freshman Irene Cho tied for 31st (226).

    The Women of Troy are next in action at the Peg Barnard California Collegiate in Palo Alto, Calif., on April 12-13.
