Women's Golf Finishes Seventh At TRW Regional Challenge|

The No. 12 USC women's golf team shot 298 on Wednesday to finish seventh at the TRW Regional Challenge held at Palos Verdes Golf Course in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., on Mon.-Wed.
The Women of Troy finished with a total of 908, 38 strokes behind tourney team champ Tulsa (870). Texas was second (893), followed by Oklahoma State (900), Arizona State (902) and Michigan State (905).
Junior Mikaela Parmlid led USC, shooting a five-over-par 218 to finish tied for sixth. Lorena Ochoa of Arizona won the individual title with a three-under-par 206, followed by Christi Cano of Oklahoma State and Angela Jerman of Georgia in second (212), Stacy Prammanasudh of Tulsa in fourth (214) and Nuria Clau of Wake Forest in fifth (215).
Also for USC, junior Becky Lucidi tied for 10th (222), sophomore Anna Rawson tied for 26th (228), junior Yon Yim tied for 67th (240), sophomore Kelsey Durkin placed 91st (262) and freshman Fleming Helmstadter--competing as an individual--withdrew from the final round.
Next up for USC is the Wildcat Invitational on Feb. 25-26 in Tucson, Ariz.
