Women's Rowing Team Selected to Compete at NCAAs
Women's varsity eight heads to Sacramento for May 28-30 competition.

LOS ANGELES - The No. 9 USC women's varsity eight rowing team has been selected to compete in the NCAA Championships in Sacramento, Calif., on May 28-30.
The NCAA Championships will be hosted by Cal State Sacramento on Lake Natoma in Sacramento, Cailf.
"We are disappointed that the whole team wasn't selected to compete but, we feel that we had a good race against the top two teams in the nation. We are looking for a strong finish at the NCAAs."
Heats for all varsity eight boats will begin at 9:20 a.m. on Friday (May 28). The top two finishers in each race will advance to the semifinal round on Saturday (May 29). On Sunday the Grand Final will start at 12:40 p.m., with the Petite Final scheduled for 12:20 p.m.
