LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The USC women's rowing team will face Stanford on Saturday, April 27, in a head-to-head competition held at the Bay Area's Redwood Shores. The Trojans' Varsity Eight crew is ranked No. 15 in the most recent US Rowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association NCAA Division I poll. Stanford is ranked No. 7.

The Varsity Eight boats will be the first to race at 9 a.m., followed by the JV Eight at 9:32 a.m. The Novice Eight race begins at 10:04 a.m. and the Varsity Four will race last at 10:36 a.m. Five other teams with also be racing at Redwood Shores on Saturday, including Cal, Washington, UC Davis, St. Mary's and Santa Clara.

The Cardinal are coming off wins over Kansas and Oregon State last Saturday, April 20, at Redwood Shores. The Varsity Eight and the Varsity Four won both dual races by decisive margins. The Trojans did not race last week, but defeated Iowa's Varsity Eight boat the week prior at the Long Beach Marine Stadium.
