Brown University garnered 19 first-place votes to claim the top spot in the SRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Preseason NCAA Division I Varsity Eight Coaches Poll, while illiams College earned the top spot USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Preseason NCAA Division II/III Varsity Eight Coaches Poll.

USRowing, in conjunction with the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) will conduct weekly polls for Women's NCAA Division I Collegiate Varsity Eights and Women's NCAA Division II/III Collegiate Varsity Eights throughout the season. The weekly regular season poll will start April 11.
