USC Welcomes Ebony Hoffman Back to Troy|

The USC women's basketball program welcome back one of their own tonight as former Trojan Ebony Hoffman returns to campus for WNBA Playoff action at the Galen Center. Hoffman won't be wearing cardinal and gold this time, however. Instead, the Trojan great will suit up in purple and gold with her fellow Los Angeles Sparks, who face the San Antonio Silver Stars in a WNBA Playoff game tonight (Sept. 27) at 7 p.m. at Galen Center. Tickets are free for USC students and staff with ID.
Hoffman got back to her roots in 2011 when she joined the Los Angeles Sparks after seven seasons in Indiana. She finished up with the Fever as their No. 2 all-time career rebounder with 1,112 boards during her time in Indiana. Overall as a WNBA pro, Hoffman has over 1,750 career points and over 1,250 career rebounds as she continues her eighth season in the league.
A two-time All-American honorable mention recipient at Troy, Hoffman ranks No. 8 all-time in career scoring as a Trojan with 1,687 points, and is No. 7 all-time in rebounds with 1,003. She was a three-time All-Pac-10 First team pick during her reign at USC, from 2001-2004.
