2003-04 JUNIOR SEASON
Woodward played in all 28 games, but did not log as many minutes as a junior... Made four starts and played 14.9 minutes per outing... Averaged 3.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.3 steals per game... Enjoyed a season-best performance against San Diego on Dec. 13, posting 16 points off a 6-of-11 shooting effort and 4-of-4 effort at the line... Had a season-high seven rebounds against UCLA on Dec. 28.
2002-03 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Coming off a successful freshman season, Woodward resumed her starting role, playing in all 31 games and starting in 29... Averaged 10.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game... Finished third on the team in rebounding and 18th in the Pac-10... Had 15 double-digit scoring efforts and one double-digit rebounding performance... Scored 20 points in just the second game of the season, which included the game-winning three-pointer against Colorado State (Nov. 15) in the second round of the Preseason WNIT... Collected one double-double, posting 14 points and 11 rebounds against Washington on Jan. 5... Tallied a career-high 22 points, 10 field goals made and two three-pointers against Notre Dame (Nov. 29)... Posted a career-high with 13 rebounds at Arizona State on Jan. 18... Set a personal best with six assists against Arizona on Feb. 16 and 42 minutes of playing time in an overtime game at Washington on Jan. 5.
2001-02 FRESHMAN SEASON
Woodward enjoyed an exceptional freshman campaign with the Women of Troy, while playing in all 30 games... Midway through the season she earned a starting role and made 19 starts to finish the year... Finished third on the team in scoring (11.3 ppg), assists (1.8 apg) and blocked shots (0.6 bpg) and fourth in rebounding (4.9 rpg)... Finished the season ranked 16th in the Pac-10 in scoring and 10th in offensive rebounds (2.57 rpg)... Named to the Pac-10 All-Freshman team... Earned the team's `Coaches Award' (along with teammate Kim Gipson) at the end of the season... Made her collegiate debut as a starter at St. Joseph's (Nov. 16) and collected five points and seven rebounds... She led the team in scoring in three games and led in rebounding in four games... Had 20 double-digit scoring games, including three double-doubles... Recorded her first double-double with 13 points and a season-high 10 rebounds against BYU (Nov. 29)... The following game, she garnered her second double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds to tie her season high in rebounds against Cal State Northridge (Dec. 4)... Hit a season-high 10-of-18 (.556) from the field and posted her third double-double with a season-best 21 points and 10 rebounds (tied season high) against Arizona (Jan. 17).
Woodward is a 2001 graduate of Murrieta Valley (Calif.) High... Lettered four years in basketball... Considered to be among the top 50 prep players by various recruiting publications... All-Star Girl's Report rated her 33rd among 2001 recruits and fourth among forwards... The first four-time All-Riverside County first team selection at Murrieta and the Riverside County Player of the Year as a senior... Also named USA Today (honorable mention), WBCA and Nike All-American in 2000 and 2001... Led her team with 22.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.2 blocks and 2.8 steals per game as a senior... Scored 42 percent of her team's points and grabbed 45 percent of its rebounds... The 2001 Los Angeles Times Inland Empire Player of the Year and CIF 1A Player of the Year... Named to the Division 1AA All-CIF Southern Section first team, the Riverside Press-Enterprise all-county first team and the Los Angeles Times Inland Empire all-area team (all four years)... Four-time league MVP (2001 Southwestern League, 1999 and 2000 Sunbelt League, 1998 Mountain View League)... Averaged 22.3 points and 14 rebounds as a junior and was named to the All-CIF first team...
