Jessika Carrington is in her second season as administrative assistant for USC women's basketball. Carrington is responsible for overseeing all of the women's basketball office duties, coordination with other departments, assisting with team travel and team managers, assisting the director of operations in all aspects, and administers coach Cynthia Cooper's calendar and appointments.
Carrington brings seven years of Division I administrative and women's basketball experience to USC women's basketball. Prior to USC, Carrington worked for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Ticket Office as a graduate student where she was responsible for the selling, distribution and marketing of tickets for all sports.
Carrington's experience with collegiate women's basketball began during her tenure as the team manager for the Oklahoma women's basketball program from 2006-10. During that time, the Sooners collected two Big 12 Conference Championships, a Big 12 Tournament Championship and back-to-back NCAA Final Four appearances during the 2009 and 2010 seasons.
A native of Shawnee, Okla., Carrington earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations (2010) and her Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration (2012), both from Oklahoma.
