    Thompson Leads Trojans Past Oregon State 86-60

    CORVALLIS, Ore. - Tina Thompson scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Trojans to a 86-60 win over Oregon State On Saturday at Oregon State. She also lead both teams on the boards with 10 rebounds. Thompson was 2-for-5 from three point range and 9-for-10 from the line to help boost her point total.

    USC had three others score in double digits. Michelle Campbell and Kristin Clark both scored 15 points for the Trojans, while Adrain Williams came off the bench to score 14 points.

    Forward, Monica Watts was the leading scorer for Oregon State with 14 points. She also grabbed a team-high 9 rebounds. Kris Walsh chipped in with 10 points.

    The win improves the Trojan season record to 18-7, while Oregon State drops to 11-15 on the year. The Trojans take on Washington State at Lyon Center next Friday at 7:00 p.m.
