Thompson's 22 Lead USC Past ASU

TEMPE, Ariz. -- USC's Tina Thompson scored a game-high 22 points and the Trojans routed Arizona state 82-55 for a Pacific 10 Conference win Saturday night.

Michelle Campbell added 18 points for USC (11-4, 5-1), who won their seventh straight over the Sun Devils (7-8, 1-4).

For the game, the Trojans shot 54.5 percent from the floor, while holding Arizona State to a miserable 27 percent. Even more, the USC defense allowed just two Sun Devils to score more than six points in the contest.
