USC Women's Hoops Beat Amager Club, 85-52, in Exhibition Win

LOS ANGELES, CA -- The USC women's basketball team opened its preseason with an exhibition win over Amager Club (Denmark), 85-52, in front of 336 at the Lyon Center on Sun., Nov. 17.

USC was led by senior forward Tina Thompson's 27 points and 11 rebounds and senior forward Rashida Jeffery's 17 points. Senior center Michelle Campbell also had 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Amager was led by Tine Freil's 15 points and Pamela Pember's 11.

USC finishes its exhibition season Nov. 29 against the Portland Saints at the Lyon Center at 7:30 p.m. USC opens its regular season Dec. 1 at San Diego State at 4:30 pm.
