    Top-Ranked Trojans Play Host To 2012 MPSF Tournament This Weekend

    The USC men's water polo team has the chance to put on a true championship show for its Trojan fan base this year, as both the 2012 MPSF Tournament and the 2012 NCAA Championships will be held on the USC campus.

    Up first is this weekend's MPSF Tournament, where an automatic bid into the coming NCAA Tournament goes up for grabs. Eight MPSF teams will do battle at McDonald's Swim Stadium from Nov. 23-25. Host USC has the top seed as the regular-season champion, followed by No. 2 seed UCLA, No. 3 seed California and No. 4 seed Stanford. Those teams will open up, respectively, against No. 8 seed UC Santa Barbara, No. 7 seed Pacific, No. 6 seed Pepperdine and No. 5 seed Long Beach State on the first day of action (Nov. 23).
